A Shared Vision of Heartfelt Hospitality
Behind every great journey is a great connection — and I’m proud to introduce one of mine: Shaynie O’Neill, the founder of BEDOUIN DREAMeSCAPE, a tourism consultancy and community initiative focused on uplifting Bedouin-run travel experiences across Jordan.
Shaynie was born in Australia but found her spiritual home in Jordan, especially in the southern desert regions where our Bedouin roots run deep. Her story — one of love, adventure, and cultural respect — led her to create BEDOUIN DREAMeSCAPE, a platform designed to support Bedouin tourism businesses and connect them with conscious, curious travellers from around the world.
Our paths crossed in early 2023, and we quickly realised we shared the same goal: to create something more meaningful than just tourism. Together, we envisioned ways to grow my tour business with a stronger Western outreach while developing a network of Bedouin-run camps that meet a high standard of care, comfort, and authenticity.
That vision became the VIP Jordan Camp Group — a collective of Bedouin camps and experiences curated under the BDS and Amjad Jordan Tours banners. This group isn’t about exclusivity — it’s about excellence, fairness, and celebrating the real spirit of the desert.
Shaynie and I work closely on guest experience, camp consultancy, and storytelling — all so that when you book a journey through us, you know it’s being handled with heart and respect, from start to finish.
Together, we’re building bridges — between cultures, between travellers and hosts, and between Jordan’s incredible landscapes and the people who keep its stories alive.
