Amjad, of Bedouin heritage, and owner of AJT brings over 20 years of expertise in traditional camps and adventure tours, leading a skilled team of bilingual guides across Jordan.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Events from the University of Jordan, Amjad combines deep cultural knowledge with professional excellence to elevate Jordan’s tourism industry.
Passionate about his work, he prioritizes outstanding customer service and inspires his team to uphold the same values.
Beyond tourism, Amjad is a dedicated advocate for social initiatives, supporting education, economic empowerment, arts, culture, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability within local communities.

Shaynie, Founder and Director of Bedouin DreamEscape Venture, is an Australian entrepreneur and tourism advisor specialising in service delivery, event management, booking systems, and digital marketing.
With experience across tourism, arts, and hospitality, she brings practical expertise in ongoing studies in business development and tourism management.
Inspired by her marriage to a Bedouin, Shaynie is dedicated to promoting Jordan’s local tourism by highlighting lesser-known destinations and celebrating its cultural heritage.
She is also committed to supporting the rehabilitation of regional villages and advocating for social justice and human rights.
