Amjad Dawad
General Manager & Administrator
Amjad, of Bedouin heritage, possesses an intimate knowledge of traditional camps and adventure tours unique to the region.
With over two decades of experience in tour services and guiding, he leads a dedicated team of expert bilingual tour guides in key centers across Jordan.
His extensive knowledge is supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Events from the University of Jordan, enhancing his professional expertise and approach.
Amjad is passionately invested in the prosperity of his business and the thriving tourism industry in Jordan.
In his role, he guides his team to promote the same ethos he values in delivering excellent and professional customer service.
Furthermore, he champions social causes and initiatives to influence local communities; and advocates for further education, economic empowerment, social services, arts, culture and heritage, animal welfare, and environmental issues.

Shaynie O'Neill
Marketing & Associate Partner
Shayne is an emerging Australian entrepreneur, the Founder and Managing Director of Bedouin DreameScape, a business advisor in tourism service delivery and digital marketing.
With extensive experience over several decades in tourism, the arts, hospitality, and booking and event administration, she brings wide-ranging expertise to her work.
Shaynie holds a Diploma in Tourism focusing on tour guiding and event management and furthers her education in social enterprise and digital marketing.
Committed to enhancing camp tourism across Jordan, with a special interest in secluded sites and intimate locations, Shaynie highly values and champions the nation’s local culture and communities, informed by her marriage to a Bedouin.
She also actively supports the rehabilitation of regional villages and advocates for social justice and human rights, particularly for Palestine and Gaza.
